With 90 minutes together, we will begin with a Shamatha meditation leading to asana as a form of Shamatha meditation. A well rounded practice consists of a beginning meditation, core-work, hatha flow, yin postures, and an ending Savasana. The form of the practice may vary depending on what your body needs. No two bodies are alike, therefore no two practices will be the same. I will provide props, hands-on assists, as well as any organic wisdom or information that may percolate during your practice.
